Linda Kay Budd, 61, of Kill Devil Hills, died of cancer on February 15, 2021. Linda was born in Ponca City, Okla. on November 15, 1959 to Doyle and Viola Bowen. Linda is preceded in death by mother Viola Bowen as well as her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Linda is survived by husband Joseph Budd; daughter Ashlee Budd; grandsons Leeland, Lincoln and Outlaw; brother Robert Bowen (Phyllis); father Doyle Bowen (Judy); brother-in-law Charles Budd (Darlene); mother-in-law Eleanor Taylor; along with other family and friends.
