Currituck Extension offers on-demand cooking and food preservation classes

Start the New Year off by learning some new skills. NC Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center is providing two separate series of on-demand virtual classes.
Access to the classes are free and participants are able to review the content at their convenience.
For those interested in learning how to make some cold weather staples such as biscuits, breads or soups, sign up for the Extension’s on-demand cooking series. Get access to these pre-recorded classes and recipes by signing up at: https://2021ondemandcookingseries.eventbrite.com.
For those looking to learn the skills of home food preservation, sign up for the Extension’s on-demand food preservation series to learn to make jam, pickles, salsa and pressure can vegetables.
