Charlotte (SamiJo) De’Onne Phillips Miller, 66, of Point Harbor, died January 14, 2021 at her home.
Born in Rapid City, SD on June 3, 1954, she was the daughter of Nelda Ann Bentley Phillips and Kenneth Eugene Phillips.
Charlotte is survived by husband Donald Alan Cunningham Jr.; two sisters; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons Isaac Thomas Barrett II and Joshua Gray James Kelly.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
