Jessiah Rudolph of Keller Williams was awarded the Good Neighbor Award sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage at the Outer Banks Association of REALTOR’s Annual Membership Meeting last month.
Rudolph, a member of OBAR since 2019, was recognized for his work as a leader and mentor to local middle and high school students through Church of the Outer Banks youth ministry. He also serves on the church’s Mission Committee that helps organize, plan and allocate funds for local outreach programs locally.
He has also volunteered the past five years with Surfing for Autism and volunteered his time and DJ equipment for OBAR’s 2019 REALTOR®Fest.
OBAR’s Good Neighbor Award, sponsored by Platinum Community Partner Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, recognizes OBAR members that are REALTOR® in good standing, have contributed to a program that improves the livability of the local community, made a significant contribution of personal time and contributed materials and other resources to the Outer Banks community and more.
The Good Neighbor Award Committee, chaired by 2020 president Jimmy Anderson, felt Rudolph was the epitome of a good neighbor.
Aimee Pitts, of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Good Neighbor Award Committee member, presented Rudolph the award. “Congratulations Jessiah Rudolph!” stated OBAR.
