The Tyrrell County Inner Banks Hotline received funding from the NC Council for Women & Youth Involvement to help victims/survivors of sexual assault along with citizens of Tyrrell.

“COVID-19 has affected so many people; loss of income has placed a financial burden on many,” stated information from Inner Banks Hotline. “The Inner Banks Hotline helped to pay some of the cost of utilities, rent and food.”

Along with financial assistance, Inner Banks Hotline reports it has given personal protective equipment to seniors at Tyrrell House and Hispanic families at Captain Neill’s Seafood.
