Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station cancels this week’s festivities

In light of North Carolina’s most recent Executive Order 180, the Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Season’s End Festivities have been canceled for this year.
As in past years, the station had scheduled the last beach apparatus drill of the year for Tuesday, Nov. 24, a barbecue by Keeper Larry Grubbs on Wednesday and Santa’s appearance on Friday afternoon.
The Chicamacomico Historical Association staff and volunteers write, “Together or apart, have a Happy Thanksgiving and Holiday Season! Stay safe and Well!”
