Robert “Bobby” Carrol Phelps

Robert “Bobby” Carrol Phelps, 89, of Creswell, died November 17, 2020 at home.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on November 21 at Mount Tabor Free Will Baptist Church in Creswell. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Free Will Baptist Children’s Home – 7907 Buck Deans Road, Middlesex, NC  27557, or a charity of choice.

Family asks that masks be worn at the service.
