Fishing along the Outer Banks has been fairly productive with a lot of small speckled trout and a few keepers in the mix.
At Jennette’s Pier, anglers have also landed bluefish, northern puffers, black drum, sand perch, sea mullet and an occasional puppy drum.
Water temps have been hovering 68 degrees.
