For those finding brand name prescriptions too expensive and who do not have Medicare Part D, the Community Care Clinic of Dare may be able to help.
The Community Care Clinic of Dare is one of 106 sites across North Carolina that offers the Medication Assistance Program (MAP). MAP is a safety net for uninsured adults or seniors without Medicare Part D and can provide access to free prescription drugs available through pharmaceutical manufacturers to patients who cannot afford them.
