Wanchese Lions plan soft crab cookout

The Wanchese Lions Club is holding a soft crab cookout on Friday, September 4 at RD Sawyer Ford in Manteo.

The club will be selling soft crab plates for this fundraiser for $10 each from 4 until 7 p.m. “It will be take out only, just drive through and pick up your plates on your way home from work and dinner is taken care of,” states the announcement.

The plates will consist of soft crabs, hushpuppies, cole slaw and stewed potatoes.
