Proposed pound net set in Dare County

Dalton Joseph Wilson, from Wanchese, proposes to set one pound net in Dare County in Croatan Sound in the vicinity of Hog Island Bay. This set will be for other finfish and will be approximately 92 yards with one pound. The proposed set number is #PN202004.
Public comments relative to the proposed pound net set must be received prior to Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
If it is deemed necessary, the fisheries director may hold a public meeting after the comment period has ended to take additional public comment on the proposed pound net set.
