Joyce Lynn Rich, 60, of Shiloh, died of natural causes May 27, 2020 in Norfolk, Va. She was born in Covina, Calif. August 10, 1959.

She was employed with Southern Shores Realty as housekeeping manager. Joyce had a particular passion for animals, especially horses.

Joyce Rich is survived by parents Jerry and Peggy Avon of California, daughter Delana Rich of Missouri; siblings Jack, Jerry Lee, Lori and Jolene; grandchildren Draven, Serenity, Aiden, Jansen, Laila, Jayla, Amayah, Cara, Samuel and Geneva; soulmate Edward L. Moore, of the Shiloh residence, Crystal Moore, Marie Moore and Toby Moore and a host of extended family members, friends and her Southern Shores family.

Joyce Rich’s funeral will be held at 6 p.m., May 30 at the Gallop Memorial Chapel in Barco. Friends and family may view two hours prior from 4-6 p.m. Due to heath concerns, face masks will be required. The family will honor Joyce’s directives for cremation following her funeral.
