A community blood drive will be held at Holy Redeemer by the Sea Catholic Parish, located at 301 W. Kitty Hawk Road in Kitty Hawk. The drive is set for June 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and June 3 from noon to 6 p.m.

Sponsored by Outer Banks area first responders, the blood drive will be by appointment only. Organizers say walk-ins will not be accepted either day. To schedule an appointment, visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter HRCC.
