Jeanne Hagwood Steele

Jeanne H. Steele, 88 of Moyock, died April 13, 2020 in Columbia of natural causes. She was born in Portsmouth, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband and their son. Jeanne was the daughter of the late Akey and Hazel Hagwood. In her day, she was a popular motel manager on the beach for many years.

Jeanne’s directives for a simple cremation and speedy return to the earth with no ceremonies will be honored.
