Kim Sawyer, executive director of Roanoke Island Festival Park, was the guest speaker during a February meeting of the Manteo Rotary Club. The group meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 6 p.m. at the Hungry Pelican in Manteo. Anyone interested in joining the club is invited to attend a meeting.
