Tracey Rock receives Soil and Water Conservation Society Merit Award

Recently, the North Carolina Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society presented Tracey Rock its Merit Award.
The society, whose members are natural resource professionals, recognizes achievements in all kinds of natural resource management.
Rock is the volunteer coordinator for Coastal Wildlife Refuge Society, a non-profit friends group that supports the Coastal North Carolina Refuges Complex of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Rock annually coordinates approximately 200 volunteers who contribute over 26,000 hours of service.
