According to the Dare County Sheriff’s Office, on February 10, 2020, the DCSO B-District executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Harriot Street in Manteo.

A DCSO release states that during the search of the residence, approximately a 1/4 pound of marijuana was located.

Malik Antonio Howard, 23, of Manteo, was arrested and charged with felony possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling. He was released on a $4,000 secured bond.
