The Outer Banks Woman’s Club recently donated funds to the Outer Banks Community Foundation. Nandy Stuart, center, scholarship and office administrator with OBCF, accepts funds for the “OBX Scholars,” which provides scholarships to eligible Dare County students. Presenting the donation are Jean Pratt, OBWC president, and Susan Rhew, OBWC scholarship chair. For more information, visit www.gfwc-obwc.com.
