Pastor Charles “Chuck” Mann, 77, of Kill Devil Hills, died December 5, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Mann, sons Ronnie and Ryan, daughters Dana and Sheri, ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sisters Margaret Ann and Brenda,and many well-loved nieces, nephews and in-laws.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on December 15 at Biltmore Baptist Church, 3214 Elliott Ave, Portsmouth VA 23702.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Portsmouth Christian School.
