The Dare County Sheriff has released the arrest blotter for unincorporated Dare County for October 2019.

These individuals were arrested on view or with warrants by Dare County Sheriff deputies on felony charges and taken to the Dare County Detention Facility.

A dozen individuals are listed with nine arrested on drug-related charges.

All those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 1: Christina Marie Rotolo, 34, Nags Head. Possession Cocaine (F), Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M)

Zachary Ryan Edwards, 25, Old Fort. Possession Schedule I Controlled Substance (F)

Oct. 7: Derek Allen Smith, 28, Kill Devil Hills. Possession with intent to manufacture Precursor-Meth (F), Possession Schedule VI Controlled Substance (F).

Oct. 10: Chelsea Lee White, 23, Plymouth. Probation Violation (F).

Oct. 16: Jennifer Hill, 32, Kill Devil Hills. Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance (F), Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance (F), Failure to Appear on Simple Possession Schedule IV Controlled Substance (M)

Oct. 18: Jenny Elizabeth R Bray, 26, Manteo. Possession Cocaine (F), Possession Schedule VI Controlled Substance (F), Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M)

Hunter Lee Liverman, 27, Kill Devil Hills. Stalking (F), Assault Female (M), Possession Marijuana under ½ ounce (M), Possession Marijuana Paraphernalia (M)

Oct. 23: Samuel Marvin Bass, 29, Midway. Possession Methamphetamine (F)

Oct. 28: James Scott Dalesio, 55, Habitual Felon (F), Failure to Appear Larceny

Oct. 30: Lorenzo Saiyd Frazier, 31, Manteo. Possession Marijuana (F), Possession Schedule V Controlled Substance (F)

Chad Lee Rucker, 24, Hatteras. Possession with intent to sell or deliver Marijuana (F), Maintain Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Controlled Substance (F)
