Kill Devil Hills Police Dept. seeks identity of man who allegedly exposed himself at Dollar Tree

The Kill Devil Hills Police Department is requesting the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself to several customers at Dollar Tree in Kill Devil Hills. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on August 22.

The man appeared to be operating a Toyota Tundra with a hitch mounted cargo trailer, according to information from Dare Community Crime Line.
