UPDATE: Rocco John Kasmark was arrested by the Kill Devil Hills Police Department Tuesday morning and placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

The Kitty Hawk Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating Rocco John Kasmark of Kill Devil Hills.

Kasmark is wanted for felony larceny from a merchant, which is related to an incident that occurred at the AT&T Store in Kitty Hawk on August 10.
