4-H youth win at the Northeast 4-H District Activity Day

Dare County 4-H youth competed recently at the Northeast 4-H District Activity Day in Wake County, representing Dare County 4-H at the public speaking competition.

All four participants placed. Three were silver medal winners (Abby Burnette, Madison Sawyer and Colby Sawyer) and one was a gold medal winner (Benjamin Hanusik).

The top competitors in each category move onto the NC State 4-H Presentations Contest.
