Bill Ward, right, was administered the oath of office as building inspector for the Town of Columbia by Mayor James W. Cahoon.

Ward’s duties include building inspection, fire and safety inspections, zoning and building code enforcement. Ward is a resident of Columbia who also has other duties with the town.
