Partnership for the Sounds celebrating 26th anniversary

Partnership for the Sounds, a non-profit organization, is celebrating its 26th anniversary with a gala on May 25. The event will also celebrate the 21st anniversary of North Carolina Estuarium, a Partnership education center in Washington. The festivities will be held at the Estuarium, located at 223 East Water Street in Washington, beginning at 6 p.m.
The cost of an individual ticket is $75 and includes hors d’oeuvres, libations, dinner and entertainment provided by Bland Simpson, a Tony award winning performer, author and scholar. The First Lady of North Carolina, Kristin Cooper, will be a special guest for the evening.
