Dare County 8u baseball plays for the championship title this morning in the Tarheel League State Tournament in Hickory.

To make the championship game, the team won three match ups, including a Friday a comeback, with a tag out at the plate for the last out.

The team beat Washington 10-4 Saturday to reach the championships.
